AHA Go Red for Women Executive Leadership Team of North Philadelphia Presents "Motown Night"
Come and join us in making a difference in North Philadelphia! Again this year, WE the health care providers of Temple Health are sponsoring "Motown Night", a musical event to raise funds to support the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women Campaign. This is a grass roots campaign and will not only help the Philadelphia AHA provide health education and research on heart disease, but will provide re-investment of this money back into the North Philadelphia community by allowing us to conduct heart related educational events for Temple Heart and Vascular Institute women patients. A Temple first. So come and enjoy a night of music with the Philadelphia's own, MFSB, the band and background singers that assisted the legendary songwriting team Gamble and Huff in creating the world-famous "Sound of Philadelphia." MFSB recorded many of the biggest songs in music history. Classic Soul Songs like: Love Train; For the Love of Money; and Ain't No Stopping Us Now. So come to our musical event, "Motown Night" with MFSB and Patty Jackson from WDAS as our Mistress of Ceremonies and shake your grove thing for a good cause!
