Julie Rhodes Residency
My name's Julie Rhodes and I'm a soul singer & songwriter from Somerville, MA.
Just over a year ago, after many years of supporting the New England music community, I decided to go way out on a limb and follow my dream of pursuing my own music. After watching a very inspiring performance by my good friend Jonah Tolchin some evening in September, I took a stab at writing my first song. With encouragement from Jonah and other friends, I continued writing and by January, a vision for my first full-length record started taking shape. With Jonah as my producer, it didn't take long to get the ball rolling. The months that followed were dedicated to writing and pre-production, and by August, we were in the studio! "Bound To Meet The Devil" will be released in February 2016!
