Jason Charles Walker
On Sunday, December 13th at 7:00 PM (6 pm doors), Jason Charles Walker and his band will be playing. Recently, Jason and his band shared the bill with Lucinda Williams in Prospect Park and WOW! You may have also seen him accompany the Rolling Stones by doing an acapella start off of their song "The Last Time" on Saturday Night Live. He has also done some guest singing with The one and only - Elvis Costello! And that's just the beginning!
Jason Charles Walker discovered his voice at an early age coming from a multi-generational gospel music family. Though cradled in the arms Mahalia Jackson as a child, Walker did not begin formal training until he attended Kenyon College.
