CANCELLED - Bite at the Museum - A Benefit for Paris & Beirut
After a week glued to the news, come eat, drink & schmooze!
We have felt a collective sadness and helplessness in the wake of the terror attacks on Paris and Beirut, and frustration at being unable to help. Though we cannot physically be there to volunteer, we can still do our part - in style.
USF professor Dr. Philip Bishop, party planner Erin Rashbaum and the Hamed Mirzaei Foundation invite you to attend an emergency fundraiser at the Museum of Science and Industry next Saturday night to benefit the victims of these attacks.
The French Red Cross and Lebanese Red Crescent organizations will be the recipients, and 100% of funds raised go to them.
Food and drinks from local businesses, live music, silent auction and a stunning museum await you. Let's do some good!
$50 advance tickets; $75 at the door Cocktail attire, no admittance under 21
This event is 100% donation & volunteer-based. If interested in donating funds, food/drink or auction items, email Erin at ECRashbaum@gmail.com.
Volunteer sign-up here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12uUmR0CPfFE4kPBLKjsCKStnV7NX-oOt34DbPEGCmh0/
Names of participating businesses will be listed in the next day or two!
