Erica Cruz has worked in the entertainment industry for over 15 years as an acting coach, actress, and talent scout/coordinator. She works primarily with new talent for the print and on-camera divisions of Lily's Talent Agency. Erica has assisted with numerous print, commercial, theatrical, and episodic projects for clients such as: Bon-Ton, Carson's, Land of Nod, American Girl, Land's End, Kohl's, Walmart and Groupon to name a few. As an acting coach, she has had the pleasure of seeing former students signed with LA agencies such as Amsel, Eisenstadt, & Frazier, Clear Talent Group, and LA Models among others. In addition, Erica is also an administrative associate with ALTA Chicago (the Alliance of Latino Theatre Artists) and thoroughly enjoys developing new talent in Chicago.
Lania Rosengren began her career at one month old, modeling with Lily's Talent Agency! In her 25 years as a talent, Lania booked jobs for print, TV commercials, feature films, voice overs, and musical theatre. Her two boys are now represented by Lily's. With her sons in the modeling world, Lania is now engaging the industry in an entirely new way, as a parent. Lania currently assists part-time at Lily's where she is learning what it takes for talent, as well as parents of talent, to have successful and rewarding careers. Lania is eager to share her knowledge, experiences, and tips at the workshop!

Studio 3G is honored to have guest speaker, Ms. Lily Liu, president and founder of Lily's Talent Agency. Lily has been involved in the modeling and acting industry for over 40 years, and has experienced it all as a model, parent of three successful models, casting director and an agent for over 31 years. She will share her experiences and offer crucial advice in a business she is passionate about. In this workshop, she plans to cover what it takes to be a professional in this competitive business from the perspective of a top industry leader. She is looking forward to greeting, answering your questions and getting to know you better.
