Simply Nourished: 30 Day Ayurveda and Yoga Immersion
Our lives are full. We pack our days with early rising, phone calls, commuting, meetings, emails, social gatherings, navigating world news and politics and caring for family and friends. Most of us would do anything for a friend or family member. But when is the last time that you intentionally have taken care of yourself?
Making time for a cup of tea in the morning, a moment to breath and give gratitude, having a nourishing meal, a solid night sleep, or a simple yoga pose can be the best moment of the day, but also tends to take the back seat. Finding a realistic rhythm the actually works for our lives is the key. How can I truly nourish myself, so I can be in my best place to nourish the world?
Yoga Instructor, Lindsay Amrein and Ayurveda Health Counselors, Brittany Barrett and Molly Russell are ready to guide you back into your own, vibrant health.
