"Lost and Found in Armenia"
A U.S. senator's son (Jaime Kennedy) on a parasailing trip gone awry, ends up in Armenia from Turkey. The small village where he lands mistakes him for a Turkish spy and a series of amusing events ensues. Finally, he enlists the help of a young woman (Angela Sarafyan), just home from college, to help him out of his predicament. Meanwhile, he falls in love with Armenia. A $20 V.I.P ticket will get you reserved seating for this film, along with wine, beer, Armenian coffee and appetizers, and a small gift at the pre-show. Please join us and consider inviting others or gifting others a ticket. Habitat for Humanity of the St. Vrain Valley (HFHSVV) together with the Firehouse Art Gallery's "First Friday Films" will be hosting this event to raise funds for the International Scholarship program of HFHSVV.
HFHSVV partners with Habitat Armenia to improve housing conditions there. A local delegation of Longmont Community members visited Armenia to learn about, support and work to help a family achieve their dream of safe and decent shelter.
