~Wax Future~
."Wax Future's name mirrors their sound. Vinyl records are colloquially called "wax", and in the studio the duo fill their music with their own organic instrumental samples. The duo's rendition of the blues, jazz, rock or funk is then throttled into the future with melodic synthesizer work and crisp, hard-hitting drum tracks. Their production style is progressive while also harkening back to original experiments into electronic production by conventional musicians i.e. Pink Floyd.
Wax Future makes live electronic music with tasteful improvisation and deep roots in hip-hop and soul."
The band is made up of Connor Hansell (synths & production), Keith Wadsworth (lead guitar & synthesizer), and Gralin Hughes (live digital art). They honed their live performances through slots at F.A.R.M fest alongside of Papadosio and Eoto, and several headlining and support slots in their hometown alongside heavy hitters MiTiS, Mat Zo, and Haywyre. They enjoy the daytime as well as late night where you may have recently caught them supporting Random Rab, and Tauk at Midsummer Night Dream. Their 2nd EP "Keep the Memories" Dropped on 8.28 via Funkadelphia Recordings.
~Tsimba~
Tsimba is the brain child of 23 year old producer Mark Evans Musto. Based out of New Haven CT, his vision combines the audit...ory vibrations found on earth with sounds that could manifest anywhere in the universe. A percussionist since early high school, he draws inspiration from both western and eastern traditional music, while also finding creativety in nature, dusty vinyl, and imagination. His mission is to not only create music that people will love, but to inspire and create an art form that celebrates all aspects of rhythm. Tsimba has been making some serious noise in New England recently with the release of his debut ep tittled "BioRiddimz" Be on the look out for some more fire from Tsimba in the near future via Funkadelphia Recordings.
~Ludge~
Ludge is the alter ego of New Jersey producer . Possessing a mind blooming with magnificent ideas, Ludge's swag expe...rience takes listeners through an array of bass frequencies, glitchy breaks, and ambient layers.
Versatility has always been a key point of the Ludge project, diving unbashfully head-on into everything from drum & bass to downtempo works, spanning a wide spectrum between. The one constant is Ludge's deliberate and thoughtful swag design, seeking to rejuvenate electronic music with a crisp, original flavor.
Whether sending ripples of sub-atomic bass or constructing complex layering systems of therapeutic synthesizers, Ludge's approach continues to challenge the barriers of swag
~Satori~
Satori is an East coast music producer currently living in Boston who is known for weaving heavy-hitting basslines with Hip-Hop beats for a unique and funky performance. He takes a high tech approach to creating futuristic music that awakens dance floors and captivates listeners. Appearing at venues throughout New England, he has shared the stage with popular acts such as Ott, Freddy Todd, Space Jesus, Ill.Gates and More. Satori is evolving beyond the traditional East Coast bass scene to deliver a distinctive organic sound that engages any audience.
