Building Your Brand Through Customer Service
Ever wonder what's behind Idaho Central's award winning workplace? How do they use Customer Service to build their brand? The Magic Valley Advertising Federation has invited Michael Watson, Marketing Manager for the ICCU brand to share his insights with the Magic Valley.
Michael will make his presentation on Thursday, October 15, 2015 in the KMVT Community Room from 12 noon to 1 p.m. Check-in and lunch begin at 11:30 p.m.
