Happy Hour & Fireside Chat: Seattle Women Business Startup
You are cordially invited to join us in celebrating local Seattle women business owners in honor of National Business Women's Week. Come join us for happy hour and to meet one-on-one with inspirational Seattle business owners, who will share about their experience taking the road less traveled. We'll have plenty of time for Q&A and networking.

National Business Women's Week is "to recognize women who have been the cornerstone of working in business in the United States in the past and to examine how far women in business have come." Since 1938 National Business Women's Week has officially been celebrated the third full week in October of each year.

Panel Members:

Dr. Sue Vetter is the owner of Sue Kim Vetter, DDS, PLLC. Sh received her BS and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from the University of Washington where she remains an Affiliate Assistant Professor. Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii Dr. Vetter has made Seattle her home since 1991. Her warm, calming aloha spirit makes every patient's day a little brighter. She believes in living a healthy balanced life by valuing her time, eating well and maintaining strong relationships with family, friends and patients.

Diane Najm  is a serial Entrepreneur, Founder of PhotoPad for Business, A Social Media and Marketing Platform for Business' and Organizations to publish and share their events and activities in a 'magazine like' visual story. Diane is a leader and passionate about the start-up community, Serves as Former Director, Seattle Founder Institute, Mentor, Coach and organizer to Start up Weekend. Diane was invited to the White House Digital Tech summit and served on Delegation for Vancouver First Startup Week and panelist for Bridging the Gap between Seattle and Vancouver Thought leader for Women Entrepreneurs. She is an expert panelist and speaker on Entrepreneurship.

Ali Valdez is founder and academic director of Sattva Yoga and co-founder of Sattva Yoga studios combining decades of contemplative practice and fourteen years of teaching asana. Considered a teacher of teachers, Ali has provided intensives, continued education, certification at the 200 and 500 hour levels, mentoring and business consulting to hundreds of yoga teachers nationwide and dozens of yoga studios. Natasha Robson-Lovato, who was a drama teach on Mercer Island for the past nine years, came to the States from Johannesburg with her mother and father in 1994, settling in Seattle in 2005. She and her mother, Cecile Robson, who also works in the store, catered high tea parties here before opening Cederberg. Cederberg Tea House is named after the region in the world where Rooibos Tea naturally grows. After catering Natasha's own wedding, they realized how much joy it would give them to bring the art of tea and the beauty of their country to the Seattle area, so they started catering and sharing their passion for tea and South African treats. Maria Dykstra is an author, speaker, technology entrepreneur and digital media strategist. She had over 17 years of industry successes working with Fortune 100 companies, as well as creating product and marketing strategy for an ad platform spanning $2 Billion in revenue across 36 markets worldwide. Maria's vision and digital strategy recommendations have been recognized throughout the industry and earned her a number of awards. After leaving Microsoft in 2012, Maria co-founded TreDigital a boutique digital agency. Maria is actively integrated with the Seattle Tech ecosystem: she is a Startup Weekend mentor, an advisor to a number of technology startups and a Board Member of the Women in Wireless. She also serves as a Director of the Founder Institute in Seattle, a Silicon Valley based accelerator program featuring over 350+ CEOs/Founders in 40+ countries.
