Conversations About Sensitivity
Join Licensed Family and Marriage Therapist and Founder of Sensitive Leadership, Ane Axford, as she discusses why it is so challenging to use the word "sensitivity" and have someone know what you mean, as well as why that challenge is strengthening to us all. She will share some of her experiences as a highly sensitive person (HSP) through her process of developing her work with Sensitive Leadership and beyond. She will be talking about the genetic trait of sensory processing sensitivity, as well as our cultural experience of sensitivity in a larger sense. Ane will be sharing her personal stories and experiences, as well as reflecting on her work with clients and the way we all deal with sensitivity. Open dialogue, question and answer, as well as specific coaching as requested will take place throughout the evening.
