BBQ & Wine Dinner

Joe Beasley is the owner of Haywood Smokehouse. Gary Long is one of the owners of Evolution Wine Kitchen. They met one evening and didn't take long to plan a 4 course dinner of smoked meats and delicious wines. Here's what you'll have for dinner:
Appetizer - Apples and Manchego First course - Nutty Fruity Salad Middle Course - Smoked Salmon with wild rice Entree - Smoked Brisket with Beans and Collards Dessert - Bourbon Pecan Pie
Each course will be perfectly paired with an Evolution Wine. You'll learn about the smoking process at Haywood Smokehouse and the wines chosen for each course.
Gathering at 6:00 for wine and apps, seating is 6:30. Limited to 30 seats.
