HARLEM AMBASSADORS BASKETBALL VS AMBOY ALL-STARS
Hoops and hijinks are coming to Amboy High School on Wednesday, October 21st, when our very own local challengers, the Amboy All-Stars, take on the Harlem Ambassadors in a comedy basketball show the whole family will enjoy! The show starts at 7:00pm in the Amboy High School Gymnasium, and is brought to you by the Amboy High School Student Council.
The Harlem Ambassadors offer a unique brand of Harlem-style basketball, featuring high-flying slam dunks, dazzling ball-handling tricks, hilarious comedy routines, music, dancing, and games for the kids.
"We are scouring the region for skilled - and sometimes unskilled - players to take on the powerful Ambassadors," said Amy Wittenauer, AHS Student Council sponsor and game organizer. "What our team lacks in skill, they make up for in heart. Buy your tickets today and you'll be able to cheer on our enthusiastic local celebrities.
Tickets in advance are $10 for general admission, $8 for students (12 grade and under) and senior citizens, and children under 4 are free.
