Il Buco's "Sagra del Maiale" Pig Roast
Please join Donna Lennard, the il Buco family, neighbors and friends to celebrate our annual "Sagra del Maiale" on Sunday, October 4th from noon till 6pm.

Chef Joel Hough, aficionado of fire cooking, will be at the helm to roast rare heritage breed pigs from our friends at Flying Pigs Farm. Plates will include succulent slow roasted pork with crispy cracklings, porchetta panino on ciabatta with blueberry mostarda, apple-pork peperoncino sausage, farmer's market panzanella, pasta alla Genovese and ricotta fritters.

Tickets are $35 a plate, $40 includes a plate and a non alcoholic beverage, $45 includes a plate and a delicious glass of Prosecco, Lambrusco, wine or seasonal beer. Children's plate are available for $20 including a seasonal beverage.
