National Pit Bull Awareness Day 2015 - "Pit Bull: An American Classic"
October 24th, 2015 is National Pit Bull Awareness Day and local non-profits SoCal Pitbull TEAM and OC Pit Bull Rescue are once again joining forces for this year's Americana-themed event "Pit Bull - An American Classic". This FREE event is expected to draw over 250-400 people and their pets and we are limiting booth sponsors to just 25 total. There will be adoptable dogs, a costume contest, professional photo opportunities with a classic car from Desolate Motorsports, parade, training demos, Baby's Badass Burgers food truck, and MORE! The following sponsorship levels are available:
Non-Profit Booth Sponsor: $25 (must provide 501c3 or Articles of Incorporation)
Vendor Booth Sponsor: $125
With lower booth costs this year and since this is a FREE EVENT, we request each booth sponsor to bring a raffle item and/or booth giveaways for attendees.
Costume Contest will be judged by a "celebrity" panel of our booth sponsors randomly chosen by draw so be sure to let event staff know upon arrival if you would like your company/organization to participate!
The Fine Print:
All vendors must provide their own table and pop-up tent. Fee is for space and license only.
Any other rescue groups are welcome to be a booth sponsor but we will not allow caged/crated dogs at the booth. All adoptable dogs must be accompanied to the event with their handlers.
Set up starts at 10:00AM the day of the event. The event runs from 11AM to 3PM with breakdown immediately to follow.
SPONSORS FROM PREVIOUS YEARS PLEASE NOTE THE VENUE CHANGE. THE FEES ABOVE TO REGISTER FOR A BOOTH INCLUDE ALL LICENSING REQUIRED SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REGISTER WITH THE CITY OF BREA.
