**How This Program Works**
Over 8 weeks, participants will delve deep into the world of negative space in movement, learning to conquer your nerves and keep your audience on the edge of their seats.
Participants will receive assignments via email three times per week in a combination of text and short videos. The videos will be available to download for offline study. The course can be followed live or saved for a later date.
Dancers from all over the world can participate. All you need is an internet connection to receive email and view short videos!
Learn to revel in the music and learn to let it flow through you, rather than control your every move.
