Halloween Masquerade Ball
Ellensburg's only adult Halloween dance.
On October 24th 2015 the Ellensburg Community Dance Program will be opening the doors of Hal Holmes for an evening of masked fun. This is a fundraiser to help the E.C.D. All Star Competition Team raise money for their competitions in Seattle and Hawaii Spring 2016. There will be both live and recorded music, performances by the E.C.D. All Star Performance and Elite Competition Teams, dessert auction with many choices, refreshments, live paintings done by local artist that will be auctioned off at the end of the night, two ballroom dances performed by VIP guests and the E.C.D. Dancers, and prizes for the Best Mask, Best Costume, and Best Overall Attire.
Time: Doors open at 7 p.m. doors close at 11:15 p.m.
Venue: Hal Holmes Teanaway and Ellensburg Rooms. Enter through Ellensburg Room.
Ticket Prices: VIP - $20 General - $10
VIP Tickets: Includes learning the two all guest routines, one Masquerade from Phantom of the Opera, and the other Thriller, front row seating for entertainment, and early entry.
*Tickets are sold on our website and brownpapertickets.com, we must sell at least 20 tickets by October 14th in order to hold the event, so buy your tickets early. At the door tickets are limited.
Dessert Auction: By table, family, or couple
Guest must come in costume and mask. Costumes can be handmade or purchased. Many Halloween costume sights offer masquerade costume options, and rental costumes are available in surrounding areas.
Guests are encouraged not to inform other quests of who they are as we will be doing a "Guess the Guest" game and unveiling at the end of the night. Winners receive local gift certificates.
Due to this being a fundraiser for our dancers and our youth, we will not be serving alcohol. Any quests caught with alcohol, appearing intoxicated, or appearing under the influence of drugs will be ejected immediately. Dress must be appropriate for the occasion as well. We want this to be a fun and safe environment for not only our dancers, but our community members and staff.
If purchasing V.I.P. tickets and wishing to participate in the routines you will need to inform us through email or phone that you have purchased one. We will give you the dates and times of rehearsals and what the itinerary for the evening is.
