Urban Roots Farm to Table dinner 2015
This year, we welcome our fifth annual dinner with open arms. Every fall we look forward to celebrating another year of growing natural healthy produce for our community right here in the city!
Join us for a delicious five course meal in the field. There is nothing like eating roasted carrots while sitting next to the carrot patch. If we don't have the ingredients in our field, we team up with local farms and highlight their wonderful work to bring you a local meal. You will also enjoy the delicious neighborhood brew down the street (Mothers Brewing Company). To top the night off, we have some amazing farm friends that share their musical talents while you dine in the field.
We will begin the night with a farm tour for all those who are new to the farm, or if you would just like to see the changes made through the year.
Farm Tour at 6:00, field apps begin at 6:30 and dinner at 7pm
Kids are welcome. A ticket must be purchased for each person in your party. Feel free to bring the drink of your choice if Mothers Brew is not what you would choose.
We are offering two nights this year, so make sure to choose either Friday or Saturday night that works best for you.
In the past these dinners have been rain or shine, that is still the case. If for some reason the weather is extreme, we will contact you with the alternative plan.
