Escobar: Paradise Lost, Q&A with Bencio Del Toro & Andrea Di Stefano

Vidiots Foundation presents a screening of Escobar: Paradise Lost on Saturday, August 29th at 7:00pm in the Vidiots Annex, followed by a Q&A with star Benicio Del Toro and director Andrea Di Stefano, moderated by film critic Elvis Mitchell, host of The Treatment

Escobar: Paradise Lost is the directorial debut for Andrea Di Stefano (also the writer). It is the story of young surfers, Nicko (Josh Hutcherson) and his brother, who head to Columbia in search of an easier life on the beaches. Nicko meets the girl of his dreams only to find her uncle is drug trafficker Pablo Escobar (Del Toro)

Doors will open at 6:30 PM and screening will begin at 7:00 PM.

All proceeds go towards the Vidiots Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the cinematic and media arts in the form of preserving and protecting our collection of over 50,000 rare and classic VHS, DVD and Blu-Ray titles.
