OMAR ROMAN DE JESUS:
Saakatsu- With time, the dancers and I have created a twisted vision of a circus. I get to see the clowns transform from animals into humans, capable of a wide variety of emotions. Everything initiates from an emotion, which results in many aesthetically pleasing moments. The piece does not have a specific story; this allows the audience to create their own journey based on their life experiences. Saakasu, was made to be intimate. It is dark, funny, scary and there is a sensual feeling throughout.
CHRISTINA D'ARRIGO:
Four is a contemporary dance piece about the anxiety and upset that arose from a romantic relationship.
DELINEATION DANCE:
Moments Unnoticed is a series of pieces exploring the variety of human connections and relationships we encounter throughout our lives. The works that make up Moments Unnoticed, express the conversations and situations that shape us each and every day into the people we are. The importance of finding our way back to who we are deep down inside, and remaining true to ourselves, serves as the overarching message.
