Join hosts Chef Timothy Edmonds, the Fowl Boys and the Green Oaks Creek Farm crew for a night of celebrating the summer's harvest. Dine on appetizers, a four course meal and beverages all locally sourced from the California Central Coast. Green Oaks Creek Farm is a sixty-three acre property nestled at the base of the Santa Cruz mountains less than a mile from the beach along the beautiful coast just south of Pescadero. This family owned farm has been producing organic vegetables and serving local markets and restaurants for fifteen years. We are excited to share our home and our work with you all by serving up a multi-course meal of farm-raised meat, vegetables and berries. The event will also include a farm tour of the four acre vegetable, animal, berry and flower production that will serve as the backdrop for our evening. Local wine and beer will accompany the tour and dinner to round out the night.
Directions:
Coming from the North on Hwy 1: Continue south past the town of Pescadero 13.8 miles to our driveway. You will pass the Pigeon Point Lighthouse and in 6.1 miles you will see roadside signs for pie and eggs. Turn into the Pie Ranch Farm Stand. Follow the dirt drive on the RIGHT side of the Farm Stand. Stay right as you pass the Pie Ranch lower and upper fields. There will be green signs directing you to Green Oaks Creek Farm. We are the second closed gate on the left (there will be one of the Green signs at our gate). Please close the gate behind you to keep deer out.
Coming from the South on Hwy 1: Continue 21.5 miles north from Santa Cruz to our driveway. You will pass Waddell Beach. Once you pass Año Nuevo State Park, continue 0.6 miles. You will see roadside signs for pie and veggies. Turn into the Pie Ranch Farm Stand. Follow the dirt drive on the RIGHT side of the Farm Stand. Stay right as you pass the Pie Ranch lower and upper fields. There will be green signs directing you to Green Oaks Creek Farm. We are the second closed gate on the left (there will be one of the Green signs at our gate). Please close the gate behind you to keep deer out.
