Cooking Class: Sweet and Savory Chocolate Creations
Indi Chocolate is teaming up with Eat Seattle chefs to create the ultimate culinary experience- cooking a 3-course seasonal meal incorporating Indi Chocolate in both savory and sweet ways. Indi Chocolate is some of the highest quality chocolate available due to their micro batch roasting, close farmer relationships and, overall, top-to-bottom quality control. Your chocolate adventure will begin with a visit to the Indi Chocolate shop where you will learn about chocolate from the professionals, and culminate in Pike Place Market's Atrium kitchen where you will create sweet and savory dishes guided by an Eat Seattle chef.
