Literally a charity to be selected by you upon purchase of ticket to the Event(100% of-proceeds) which is to be held on The French Broad in Ashveille NC on October 2nd,3rd,4th,2015.
We are proud and grateful for your support. We look forward to your joining us in this celebration. We are working together with local charities to build a commUNITY that is safe and welcoming for old friends and new. You can look forward to a weekend of celebration, good company,community, and dancing. Feel free to invite your family and friends to join us as well. All you will Need to do is print your receipt and bring it to Driftwood starting at noon on the day of the event Friday October 2, 2015. You will receive your Information packet with instructions, Wrist Bands and Parking lanyard.
Please know how much we truly appreciate your support in helping, and With the community's support and participation in our fundraising events the IDEAL (Charity Branch) will be able to continue making a significant difference in the lives of individuals in the Asheville Community and further.

Q: Who Can Come?
A: Anyone who purchases a ticket (in advance only) This is all ages Event.*children under 16 are free but must be accompanied by a guardian.
Q: Can I Bring my pet?
A: NO. Please leave them at home, we can not allow them into the event.

A: The option that appeals the most to you:
Honestly we want to Sell the Camp Sites and that is it ....
But if there is enough interest we will consider Day Passes
The Camping option will be the Cheapest at as little as 55.00 per person for the weekend with 4 people. Only 50 camp sites (Max 200 campers presale-admission) Up to 4 Adults to a Campsite. *This will be all ages Event. Kids under 16 FREE ENTRY(with Guardian).
Full river access and Use ......Swimming, fishing, Tubes(BYOT), kayaking put-ins and rapids 1-3 ect. Use at own risk.
Q: Why are tickets so "expensive"
A: It is a substantial commitment financially and time-wise to host and put on a Quality Event, we are priced LESS than any other 3 Day Parties in the S.E. in 2015.
Q: I don't plan on camping though do I still have to pay?
A: YES, you will still need to pay as we paid to reserve the space, performers, equipment, etc
*we recommend purchasing your ticket in advance to save cash.
Q: I can only come for one of the days do I still have to pay?
A: YES, stay an hour or all weekend it costs the same

Q: Can I "share my ticket" ?
A: NO. Tickets are not transferable and are not refundable, But you can share a Camp Site
which reduces the Entry to 55.00 Dollars for the weekend.

Q: Is there RE-ENTRY Allowed?
A: YES, Each Campsite will be allowed 3 Reentries you may come and go as you please during the Hours of 6am - 11 PM, we understand people have commitments (family, work, life)
Q: What Should I Bring?
A: Everything you think you will need... tent, sleeping bag, flash light, change of clothes...
Q: What is Provided?
A: Riverside Campsites, Music, Stage, Bonfire Pits, BBQ Grill, FOOD AND BEVERAGES Available,Garbage and Recycling bins Some Picnic Tables, Vending Booth, Cold Showers, Sandy Beach (Tubing/kayaking/boating-(BYO) Wood While it lasts.

Q: How Can I Help Out?
A: Purchase your ticket in advance, tell your friends/promote, attend, have fun, clean up after yourself (and others)
Q: Can I Play Music?
A: If it is acoustic YES. OR We Will Be hosting OPEN DECK Sets Between 8 am and 10 am on Sat And SUN. Otherwise NO. For amplified music the line-up is locked and full, you may use your own headphones and music player or a portable personal Bluetooth device. If your device becomes obnoxious, we will ask you to turn it off.
Q: Can I Vend? (ie: sell things at the event)
A: YES All Campers may Vend, Provided that they First Contact Production Staff 828-782-7104
(NO Food or Beverage vending will Be Permitted).
Q: Can anyone attend? Is this Public or Private?
A: This is a PRIVATE event, you will need a ticket to attend.
Q: Is There Security?
A: There will be park Security patrolling the general area. We will have staff identifiable by their STAFF shirts and walkie-talkies available throughout the weekend on-site should any issues arise.
Q: What if someone gets hurt?
A: We will have a First Aid tent set up, should it require further medical attention we will take appropriate actions, by attending you are accepting responsibility for your own actions, and well being.
Q: Can I bring/use an Recreational Vehicle (RV) ?
A: NO----however You may Bring a Pop-up.To keep a popup in the camping area (where the event is) you MUST arrive Friday. Oct 2nd.Prior to 12 PM
Q: Are there cabins available this year?
A: NO. Unfortunately this is a TENT CAMPING event.
Q: What alternate accommodations are available if I don't have a tent?
A: You should buy one, but if you need alternate accommodations see below:
1. Additional $100 = We can provide a RENTAL TENT, SLEEPING BAG(S), and FLASHLIGHT(s) for 2 people for the full weekend.
