Mucho Gusto: Nice to Mead you!

Join us in support of Urban Art Attack for this one of a kind tasting event presented by Ella's Folk Art Cafe and Cigar City Cider & Mead in association with the Seminole Heights Foundation.

Mission Statement: Seminole Heights Urban Art Partners recognize that public art creates a unique sense of place and distinction, enjoyment and pride for all citizens and visitors to our community. Through various art initiatives, including the "URBAN ART ATTACK", we intend to foster a creative and stimulating environment that will enhance the heritage, diversity and character of Seminole Heights by integrating public art into architecture, infrastructure, landscape and lifestyle.

Chef Suz of Ella's and CCCM's Cider Maker & Mazer Jared Gilbert team up to bring you a Cuban Inspired 4-course dinner paired with both cider and mead.

Three new collaboration ciders designed and made by both Jared and Suz will be debuted at this special event.

Grouper Ceviche
Gulf caught Grouper, Mango Butter, Jicama Root and Poblano Pepper relish, Cassava chip, Ponzu reduction

*SuzaCider: Starfruit + Ginger + Scotch Bonnet Pepper*

3rd Course
Ropa Vieja
A reconstructed interpretation, so good, even your Abuela would be impressed

*Holé Molé Cider: Ancho Chile Pepper + Cacao + Maduros*

4th Course
Baklava Cigar
Orange Blossom Mead soaked Phyllo, Tobacco smoked pistachios, Maduro Jam

*In A Headlock Bourbon Barrel Aged Mead*

9:30pm Craft Vicente Mead Cocktail
