Sage Hen Dessert Series September 4th and 5th
Trifecta Tavern pastry chef Eve Kuttemann is excited to introduce you to the undiscovered history of the American dessert with her monthly dessert series Sage Hen. Selecting recipes from early American cookbooks, Kuttemann designs a new three course dessert tasting monthly paired with punch. With eight stools ringing her work station inside the Trifecta Bakery, cookbooks at hand for reference, Kuttemann cooks, whips and plates as she elaborates on recipes lost to time.
