Screen Printing Workshop
August 5, 12, and 19 from 6-9pm. Discuss how youth can build capacity to gain job skills and make social change by exploring the Grameen model of teams and agreements to improve their quality of life, in the process of learning how to screen print posters or t shirts, based on the SOBU Artist Project model of doing social business. The remainder of the class will be spent creating a design or logo, exposing a silk screen, and learning the process of Silk screening t shirts or posters. Screens, squeegees and fabric ink will be provided, please bring your own t-shirts to print on. Details will be provided upon registration.
