JAMETHYST Music, Arts, and Sustainability Festival October 2nd-4th
About Jamethyst:
Held at the Amethyst Retreat Center, Jamethyst will be a beautiful communal event holding a plethora of music, live art, massage, yoga, workshops, vendors, presentations and more all to encourage a more cooperative, more sustainable, and more efficient way of living. With a vast array of workshops and vendors dealing in Permaculture, Composting, Healing, Mycology, and natural Medicinals, the idea of this event is to bring many groups of people together to have fun, learn, experience, and leave a more aware individual. We are the future, and we have to make sure it is sustainable. While combining some of the best local musical and artistic entertainment one can see, healthy and sustainable practices, and a wonderful atmosphere for everyone, Jamethyst 2015 is sure to knock your socks off. Come and Jam!
About The Terrain:
The Amethyst Retreat Center is located in the heart of Central Pennsylvania, just 30 minutes north of Harrisburg and 2 hours north of Baltimore, Maryland. Come enjoy 144 acres of pristine land adorned with the natural beauty of old growth forest, natural wetlands, and grasslands which display an ecosystem thriving with flora and fauna.
