Jack & Jill San Jose Chapter Fundraiser
The Jack & Jill San Jose Chapter will host its 2nd Annual Throwback Jam, a 1970's Style Disco Ball - dress to impress! A portion of the proceeds will benefit Unity Care a youth and family development agency whose diverse programs address the issues of housing, education, employment, well-being and unconditional care for at-risk and foster youth.
