Santorineos Family Farm 1st Annual Farm to Table Event

Grab a group of friends and join us as we celebrate the start of Fall harvest at Santorineos Family Farm.
All proceeds from this event will benefit the Central Illinois Cycling Association's upcoming project to develop 140 acres of wooded land into an 8-10 mile trail system. This new trail will be the latest addition to the existing trails built by CICA. The size of this trail will enable an additional qualified mountain bike endurance course venue for Central Illinois as well as provide a new local land resource for thousands of hikers, mountain bike enthusiasts and runners.
Enjoy an evening of local food, local craft beer and local music. Your dinner ticket brings you a seasonal local dinner on our farm, craft beer tastings and some excellent local music.
Ingredients will be grown at Santorineos Family Farm and built into a fabulous farm dinner by Mark Allen's American Kitchen. Plow Creek Bakery of Tiskilwa, Illinois will provide organic breads for our dinner tables.
Tap your toes to music by folk artist Paul Doffing making a stop on his Freedom from Fuel tour - a tour entirely by cycle. This spring Paul is canceling his lease, relinquishing his possessions, and setting off on an international bicycle-music tour. He'll hold most performances in non-traditional spaces, including outdoor shows at farms, in city squares, and even at a rural apiary near Lake Superior. By choosing to pedal his bicycle, to see the world with his own eyes, and to sleep under the stars, Paul is forging a path into the wilderness of the music industry.
Following Paul will be our local rockabilly favorite, the Radium City Rebels. They promise you'll be dancing late into the night to 50s rock n' roll. You may even see a few poodle skirts in the crowd.
See you at the farm September 18, 2015 around 5 p.m.! Advanced ticket purchase required. Multiple ticket price tiers available - family friendly event. Please note - children under 12 not being seated for dinner will be admitted free of charge. Bring your own lawn chairs and blankets; bringing in your own food or alcohol will not be permitted.
