Grill 'Em All Burg and Beer Dinner
Southern California's infamous heavy metal burger joint is coming to St. Louis! Winner of Season One of Food Network's 'The Great Food Truck Race', Chefs Ryan Harkins and Kenny Cazares will be pairing slider versions of their unique burgers with amazing local beers from Excel Brewing and Heavy Riff Brewing. Course 2: Lion's Daughter - grilled pork steak, provel, Maul's, crushed Red Hot Riplets paired w/ Excel Böse Roggen
Course 3: Behemoth - burger, grilled cheese buns, cheddar, BBQ, pickle, grilled onion, bacon paired w/ Heavy Riff You Bitter You Bet
Course 4: Powerslave - burger, brie, bourbon apple compote, Balsamic aioli, field greens paired w/ Excel/Heavy Riff collab Two Frenchmen
Course 5: Napalm Death - burger, pepper jack, jalapeno, cream cheese, jalapeno poppers, habanero aioli paired w/ Excel Plague Bringer
Course 6: Deep fried bread pudding paired w/ Heavy Riff Vanilla Coffee Underbrown
