Jenny Helman is a Holistic Nutrition Consultant with a private practice in Healdsburg. She graduated with honors from Bauman College in Penngrove. Jenny combines her passion for healthy eating with a desire to help others change their health through healthy foods. Jenny also teaches nutritional seminars, her clients include Amy's Kitchen, Varenna, Jackson Family Wines and the Airport Health Club. She also works with The Ceres Project where she teaches nutrition education classes at The Forestville Wellness Center.
