Friday Night Fires with Chris Kilian and Vermont Brigade

On Friday, July 10th, we have an incredible dose of live music for you! Chris Kilian and the Vermont Brigade hails from our state capitol of Montpelier, and will be playing eclectic rock and roll out on the lawn all night long.
Chris Kilian, Tom Sabo, Bear Connelly Jamey Fidel, and Nick Holquist started their band around a compilation of songs that recount the history of the storied Vermont Brigade a team of Vermonters that fought during the civil war. From there, the multidimensional music has crossed various genres, drawing inspiration from various aspects of Vermont Culture, and the musical legends we all know and love like The Rolling Stones, The Grateful Dead, Bob Dylan, and Neil Young.
Dinner will be provided, again, by the masterful cooks at Falls General Store, and will be served an hour before the show. Tickets are $25 and includes your first glass of wine! All options are served with mashed Japanese sweet potato, seasonal greens from Dog River Farm, Bare Root Farm and Gratitude Farm, and Creme Brûlée served with a cup of Vermont Artisan Coffee
Option 1: Drunken pork brochettes
Pork Loin Medallions sautéed with tangaray gin
sage, juniper berries, garlic, coriander and chili flakes and garnished with smoked bacon crumbles.
Option 2: Grilled quartered chicken in a pineapple citrus marinade served with seasonal salsa
Option 3: Spanish Vegetable Tortilla
A tortilla of made of Potato, Egg, Onion, Spinach Garlic, Olive oil, and spanish seasoning
