Les Dames Miami Gala
Les Dames d'Escoffier Miami hosts its annual gala dinner Saturday, October 10, 2015 at the Mandarin Oriental Miami. The event, honoring Chef Cindy Hutson, also celebrates the Miami chapter's 15th anniversary. The evening includes champagne, canapés, an elegant 3-course dinner, entertainment and auction items. Profits go to Les Dames' educational programs. FOX Channel 7 newscaster Belkys Nerey will host. Previous chef honorees were Michelle Bernstein and Michael Schwartz.
