Willow Restaurant's first pop-up will be held in the private dining room of Bluehour, at the corner of NW 13th & Everett in Portland Oregon, on Sunday, August 16th. Chefs John Pickett and Doug Weiler will be putting their modernist spin on familiar dishes and flavors to create a new kind of Portland dining experience. It will feature an 8-course menu, plus snacks and surprises, of locally sourced produce and meats. Wine and beer pairings will be available for an additional price.
