Olalla Bluegrass Festival

The Festival is a family friendly, all-are-welcome day of music and fun featuring some of the best bluegrass, folk and kick-the-city-off-your-shoes music you'll find anywhere. There's also plenty of food, handmade arts and crafts, old time craft demonstrations, lots of activities for the kiddos and of course (because "Olalla" means "place of many berries") our legendary Berry Pie Contest.

> Gates open at 10AM. Music goes from 11AM till Dusk.

> Things to keep in mind;

> Festival date is Saturday Aug. 15, 2015
> Advance tickets are $15 for Adults; Kids (6-16) $10.
Family Pass is $45
Parking is $3. (Cash only)
Gate prices are higher, so it pays to buy early.
> The festival takes place in Olalla, in rural South Kitsap County, Washington
>
> Bring a lawn chair and hat or umbrella. Some shade tents are available.
> Bring a picnic lunch, or, better yet -- support our food vendors
> Try your hand at old time crafts and support our arts & crafts vendors
> We love kiddos and have lots of fun things for them to enjoy (when they're not dancing to the fine music):
> Join the kids' parade! Bring a costume or get your face painted or just come as you are.
Make friends with the sea-critters in the Harbor WildWatch touch tank
> Take a turn at a potter's wheel.
> Win a prize at the carnival-type games.
> Bake a berry pie and enter it in the legendary Berry Pie Contest!
> Overnight camping (& jamming) $10/night (no hook-ups)
> Sorry -- no pets or animals are allowed (but party animals are OK)
> No ATMs are available on-site but some vendors take credit cards. There is a ATM up the street at local stores.
> No drugs or alcohol (Little League rule and besides, it's a family friendly event)
> Accessibility: Wheelchair and motor scooter accessible parking and toilet facilities
> Have fun, visualize sunshine and Kick the City off Your Shoes!
> Don't forget to grab a souvenir T-shirt and Cap!
