Art Bash
Art Bash is a celebration of Lillstreet Art Center's 40th year and ArtReach's 25th year! Art Bash will be held on September 26th at Lillstreet Art Center and all proceeds will benefit ArtReach, Lillstreet's 501c3 non-profit sister organization. Last year, with the support of our partners and donors, ArtReach raised more than $25,000 for arts programming in underserved communities. This year, in honor of our joint anniversaries, we hope to raise $65,000 to provide meaningful art experiences to individual students, groups, and schools who would otherwise not have access to these programs. Your support, in the form of art donations, gift certificates for products or services for auction, and/or cash donations will help ArtReach make a difference in the lives of adults and children.
As the non-profit sister organization of Lillstreet Art Center, ArtReach brings art programing to promote creativity and community for Chicagoans lacking access to the arts.
We serve more than 2,000 people each year with art programs at schools, residential centers for the elderly and adults with disabilities, community centers, and social service agencies. For 25 years we have inspired people of all ages and backgrounds to learn, create, and engage through artistic expression.
To showcase Lillstreet and ArtReach's collective goal of making art accessible to all people, this year's benefit will feature hands-on opportunities to create art pieces in Lillstreet's state- of-the-art studios. Everyone will also have a chance to bring home giveaways as well as one-of-a-kind artworks, getaways, and gifts through our silent auction. Top all of that off with delicious handmade food and refreshments and an unforgettable night is guaranteed!
