Come and hone your craft during a full day of panel discussions and hands-on workshops followed by an evening, networking mixer featuring the OSCAR and EMMY winning artists from EMPIRE, GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY, HOUSE OF LIES, HUNGER GAMES-MOCKINGJAY 1&2, FOCUS, BLACK-ISH, DANCING WITH THE STARS, 21 GRAMS, PITCH PERFECT 2, CAPTAIN AMERICA:WINTER SOLDIER, VAMPIRE DIARIES, THE FIVE-YEAR ENGAGEMENT, IRON MAN, PARENTHOOD, and SELMA.

Panels - 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Your day will start with a trio of panel discussions beginning with our award winning makeup artists, followed by a lively conversation between "The Star Clippers", while our accomplished group of hair stylists close out the morning.
Workshops - 1:00 - 5:00 pm
Whether the artist's talent is applied to film, TV, editiorial or music videos, hair and makeup work and design must tell a complete story. These unique and intensive workshops will guide you from basic to advanced skills, while revealing some of the most important strategies used by the best in the business to always be in demand.
Each workshop is tailored to fit your hair and makeup needs where you will enjoy true, hands-on experience in an intimate setting with the industry veteran of your choice.
In these workshops, you will not just learn how to improve your craft, but also discover what is expected of you personally by celebrities and the production itself so you may become an indispensable part of the hair and makeup industry.
(In each 4 hour workshop, space is limited.) One workshop per attendee only.
Hosted Networking Mixer - 5:00 - 7:00 pm
Nothing is more important in the industry than making professional contacts. Please, join us at the completion of the workshops for a chance at more personal interaction with our artists and networking with your fellow attendees. Hosted bar and hors d'oeuvres.
There are three choices in tickets.
1.) An All-Day Pass with the workshop of your choice.
2.) A discounted combination ticket for the Panel and Mixer.
3.) Individual tickets for any portion of the symposium.
