BETX presented by Coca-Cola celebrates with an action packed kick-off concert at the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Promenade. The official pre-event celebration, which is FREE and open to the public, begins promptly at 3 p.m. featuring perfomances by: Jordin Sparks,Deborah Cox and Chrisette Michele!
