Women's Yoga Sanctuary ~ A mini-retreat with Blythe Massey

Whether a dedicated or beginning yogini, come bask in the nectar of devotional women's hatha yoga. Rooted in breath, feeling, and consciousness, this class will support you in softening life's inevitable habitual closures of body and heart and draw you into the whole bodily unfolding of radiance. Awaken the senses by being warmly welcomed with rose water, bathed in the mind-relaxing sound of live harmonium and chanting, and nourished in the taste of made-with-love prasad ~ all amidst a deeply held women's yoga practice.

Blythe Massey is a longtime yogini, dancer, and craniosacral therapist who has been actively serving embodied women's culture for over 15 years. She has facilitated over 300 circles and has taught well over 1000 classes in Boulder and abroad. Blythe travelled extensively guiding feminine embodiment weekends and private retreats in New York, Vancouver, San Francisco, Texas, Washington, West Virginia, Kaua'I, Crestone, and Mexico. She has had the great blessing of sitting in circle with women cross-culturally on four different continents. Blythe is honored to hold space for women to gather, embody, reclaim the sacred feminine, and to help one another remember that we have been doing this for eons.
