Cindy Alexander / Amy Fairchild
Cindy Alexander:
It is rare that an artist, has so much to offer her audience: talent, beauty, charisma, songs that people can't help but sing along with, and lyrics they want to quote to their friends.
Having ridden the wave of the internet, her fan base stretches across the world and she has become one of Amazon.com's best selling indie artists. Her live performance has been dubbed "Crush Inducing" (Performer Magazine), her lyrics "Some of the Finest we have seen in quite sometime" (Sound Waters), her songs "Stronger than Popeye on Genetically Altered Spinach" (Music Connection) and Cindy, herself, "One of the Best Independent Artists to Emerge in recent years." (Pop Matters).
Cindy has toured with the Bacon Brothers, amongst others.

Amy Fairchild:
Northampton, MA, 1994, marks the beginning of Fairchild's musical career with the release of her first record, "She's Not Herself" which quickly garnered high honors from local papers and revealed Amy to be a talented songwriter who deftly gets to the heart of the matter. In 1997, she took off for NYC where she won the Lilith Fair Talent Competition in 1999, and in 2001, took a top Kerrville Folk Festival prize, putting her in the company of past winners Steve Earle, Lyle Lovett, Shawn Colvin and Nancy Griffith. Fairchild truly came into her own when she teamed up with songwriter/producer/multi-instrumentalist Adam Steinberg and in 2002, released, "Mr. Heart", songs from which have won multiple songwriting awards.
Now living in Boston, with 12 years between record, she has released her third album, the eponymous, "Amy Fairchild" once again produced by Steinberg, with guest appearances by Jim Weider on guitar (The Band) and Jon Graboff on pedal steel (The Cardinals, Ron Sexsmith, Norah Jones). The record has gotten numerous rave reviews and Mike Greenblatt from Goldmine says, "If this stone cold roots-pop beauty doesn't catch on, it's everyone else's fault, not hers."
