A Very Berry Brunch
Finnriver Farm grows over ten varieties of organic blueberries in the rich, valley bottom soils of the Chimacum Valley. Enjoy the scenic background, clucking chickens, and seasonal, succulent berries straight off the bush. This Saturday morning feast is a family friendly chance to experience fruitful ideas, cooked up together by Professor Wes Cecil and Chef Arran Stark for a belly filling and mind expanding brunch served in the Finnriver outdoor pavilion. This will be edible education in its most delicious form. Enjoy berry cider mimosas, berry pancakes, and countless other delicious treats and delicacies at the hands of award winning Chef Arran Stark. Wes Cecil PhD. is a story teller like none other and will recount the history and influence of the berry from hunter gatherer times until now. Join us for this one of a kind farm-to-table experience.
