Hop aboard the trolley for a unique interactive visit to Jillyanna's Woodfired Cooking School; Old Vines Wine Bar, Craft Cocktails & Kitchen; Bandaloop; and 95 Ocean at The Nonantum Resort.
Ticket price includes one course and beverage at each stop and gratuity.
*Please Note: Jillyanna's property is NOT handicapped accessible and may provide challenging for those with mobility issues, as attendees will need to walk up a gravel driveway to reach her private home. We apologize for the inconvenience.
ON THE MENU:
-Champagne toast at The Nonantum, then board the trolley!
-Jillyanna's herb and vegetable garden tour and wood-fired oven introduction. Lobster Gazpacho. Assorted Focaccia Crostini topped with wood-fire roasted peppers, goat cheese with Jillyanna's herbs, and olive tapenade. Mint iced tea (non-alcoholic, as Jillyanna's does not have a liquor license).
-Old Vines: choice of a Signature Cocktail or red or white wine, and appetizers: Charcuterie with a Selection of Artisan Cheeses and Mixed Olives; Roasted Chicken Meatballs slow cooked in tomato sauce, fresh mozarella, pecorino, & fresh basil; Baked Turkish Feta with olive oil, garlic & lemon
-Bandaloop: entree course: Sesame Seed Crusted Local Cusk Filet, Pickled Julienned Vegetables, and a Warm Sushi Rice Cake, drizzled with Lemongrass Aioli and Tamari Caramel. And choice of: Sustainably Farmed Vinho Verde or Peaks Organic Nut Brown Ale
-95 Ocean: dessert: learn how to make hand-rolled truffles with our pastry chef, while enjoying a glass of wine, or coffee or espresso
