Team Kaidynce High Tea Fundraiser

Team Kaidynce presents a High Tea Fundraiser, benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Enjoy your tea, sandwiches, scones, and a delicious variety sweets. There will be a special guest appearance by Cinderella from Enchanting Princess Events! We also will have a photographer from CRO Photos set up to take pictures with Cinderella for an additional $5 you will get a digital image sent to your e-mail! (this option is cash only but all donations will go to the CF Foundation). Along with some princess fun we will be having Linda Hill face painting with her all natural, non toxic paints.

We hope this experience to be a perfect way to honor our princess, Kaidynce, who battles Cystic Fibrosis. CF is a life-threatening, genetic disease that affects an estimated 30,000 children and adults in the United States alone.

In people with CF, a defective gene and its protein product cause the body to produce unusually thick, sticky mucus that clogs the lungs and leads to life-threatening lung infections and obstructs the pancreas and stops natural enzymes from helping the body break down food and absorb vital nutrients. This requires rigorous treatments to help get phlegm out of the lungs called chest physio therapy and many inhaled medications, pills just to get some nutrients, and often hospitalizations.
