Oakland's Geography of Resistance is a series of workshops, public events, and films, organized by BAY-Peace, to document Oakland youth's resistance to different forms of institutional violence. We will be mobilizing to explore and transform violence by reclaiming physical spaces in our city where we will promote healing by coming together to make art. On May 8th, we will kick off this series with our first major event of the series.
