Posey Dance Repertory Concert
Posey Dance Repertory Company, sponsored by Dance Education Services of Long Island, is an innovative pre-professional dance company that creates, performs and teachers classical and contemporary ballet. As a part of our mission, we preserve our American dance heritage through the dances we perform.
Our dancers and their mentors create new choreography based on traditional choreography in many styles of dance including classical ballet, contemporary modern dance, jazz and tap. Collaboration is a wonderful way to work. The young dancers learn a lot about dance performance and history, and so does their audience!
