Family-Style Wine Dinner
We are excited to announce our next Family-Style Wine Dinner, hosted at the winery in Walla Walla on Saturday, May 16th. Ed will have spent more than 48 hours working on a Maple-Brined & Smoked Pork Tenderloin. We will be serving this mouth-watering victual with scratch-made Spaetzle and Roasted Asparagus drizzled with a creamy emulsion of Hollandaise sauce. Winemaker Joe will be serving and entertaining us as we sip and pair up some fabulous Patit Creek wine.
