The Farmers' Table
The Farmers' Table is coming to northeast Ohio this year! Join the Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association (OEFFA) for an elegant evening of lovingly crafted local fare. OEFFA, organic farmers Jake and Dawn Trethewey of Maplestar Farm, and their long-time restaurant partners, the Driftwood Group, will be offering a truly unique experience that celebrates Ohio farms and flavors. Erik Martinez, Executive Chef at Cibreo, will prepare a memorable menu rooted in Maplestar's organic vegetables with tasteful snout-to-tail accents from a pastured Tea Hills Farms hog!
