Join Liz Abel for a two-hour juicy, delicious, peaceful yin yoga class. The focus of class is de-shedding. Just like we shed our winter clothes and move into the warm weather, we must also focus on shedding "things" that no longer serve us. Essential oils, candles, and poetry help to create a space safe to de-shed what you don't want or need.
