SCTC: Shooting Rats
The second show in a double bill, "Shooting Rats" is one half of our company's exploration into personal identity. A man and a woman are on their first date--in a garbage dump. As the evening progresses, they take on the herculean task of truly getting to know someone else: Who are we without the stuff we carry? What do we become will everything is stripped away? Is it worth the risk?

Performances:
May 28, June 5, June 6 at 8:30 pm
May 29, May 30, June 4 at 7:00 pm
May 30 at 3:30 pm, June 6 at 2:00 pm

*Please note that you're purchasing a ticket for only ONE of the shows. If you're interested in seeing both shows, please find the combined title ticket option*

Noa Egozi (Director) is an Israeli director currently based in New York. After obtaining a BEd in Theatre Education and Directing from Kibbutsim College in Tel Aviv, Noa moved to NYC to pursue her MFA in Directing from The New School for Drama. Directing credits include Mud (Maria Irene Fornes), The Tragedy of Julius Caesar (Shakespeare), Play House (Martin Crimp), The Wild Deceased (Nissim Aloni) and A Night of Israeli Education (also written by her). At The New School for Drama, Noa has studied with Lou Jacob, Daniel Aukin, Stephen Brown-Fried, Kate Loewald and Doug Hughes amongst others. As a director, Noa is interested in exploring theatre's ability to replace certainty with doubt and passivity with activity.

Patrick T. Horn (He) hails from outside Philadelphia and is currently a New York based actor. He has spent the better part of two decades on stage and has worked up and down the East coast in various venues as well as overseas under Peter Watson at the London Dramatic Academy. He received his BA in Theater Arts from Drew University and while working towards his MFA in Acting at the New School for Drama, he has had the pleasure of working with Cotter Smith, Casey Biggs, Kathleen Chalfant, Peter Jay Fernandez and Kathy Rossetter. Recent New York credits include: Berowne in Love's Labours Lost, The Specialist in Deployed with the Society for Artistic Veterans and Elphin in Taliesin under the masterful direction of Ralph Lee with the Mettawee Theater Company. He looks forward to furthering his career and vision under this new artistic endeavor.

Angie Tennant (She) is a New York based actor and dancer originally from New Orleans. After receiving her BFA in Theatre from Pacific Lutheran University, Angie moved to the city to pursue her MFA in Acting from The New School for Drama. During her three years at NSD, she has had the honor of learning under Kathleen Chalfant, Cotter Smith, Casey Biggs, and Peter Jay Fernandez (among many others), and has had the opportunity to work on roles such as Helen in Dennis Kelly's Orphans, Moth in Love's Labour's Lost, and Josie in The Skriker by Caryl Churchill. Recent NY credits include Rascals with Altitude with General Mischief Dance Theater, and two short films with New York Film Academy. As an artist, Angie values the total collaboration that theatre affords, and is committed to producing relevant works that create meaningful dialogue right here, right now.
