But in Gary,Indiana he was just "Mike," a kid who would sing on street corners and play a stickball version of cricket with his family in front of a humble one-story home at 23rd Avenue and Jackson Street.

Share in the rich history of 2300 Jackson Street in Gary, Indiana as J W R Tours takes you to the place where it all began. Our buses leave from Chicago and take you safely to 2300 Jackson Street, the origin of the Jackson legend.

Ideal for families or groups of 14 - 55 people per bus. Our tour will also introduce you to other King of Pop points of interest. Enjoy never before told funny stories from former classmates, and childhood friends.

This is an on going Tour. The "King of Pop" Hometown Tour departs Chicago from 2 locations and both Chicago airports as well as the Gary international airport. Tours leave every Thursday - Sunday.
